– 1 red bell pepper

– 1 orange bell pepper
– 1 carrot
– 1 onion bulb
– 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic cloves
– 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
– 1/4 teaspoon thyme
– 2 seasoning cubes
– 1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
– Salt to taste

LENTIL MOI-MOI
– 2 cups red split lentils
– 3 large chilli red bell peppers
– 1 large onion bulb
– 1 teaspoon minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon minced fresh pepper
– 3 seasoning cubes
– 1 tablespoon ground crayfish
– 1 tablespoon paprika powder
– 1/4 cup oil
– 1 egg
– Moi-Moi leaves
– Salt to taste

GRILLED CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE SALAD
For the Chicken
– 2 chicken breast
– 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
– 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
– 1/2 teaspoon ground chili powder
– 1 seasoning cube
– Salt to taste
– Drizzle of oil

For the Vegetables
– 1 red bell
– 1 green bell
– 1 yellow bell
– 1 onion bulb
– 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
– 1/2 teasopon minced fresh pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
– 1/2 teaspoon ground chili powder
– 1 seasoning cube
– Salt to taste
– Drizzle of oil

To assemble the salad
– Sweet Corn
– Lettuce
– Hard boiled eggs
– Cooked Chicken
– Cooked veggies
– Cucumber
